Responsibilities 

Consult with clients and listen to their concerns and needs, making their experience all about them. 

Skills and Requirements 

•  Passion for people and customer service 
•  Listening to client’s needs to determine their preferences to enhance their desired look 
•  Describe different hair care products and their benefits 
•  Ability to build and maintain client relationships 
•  Desire to continuously improve and willingness to learn 
•  Adhering to salon safety and cleanliness standards 
•  Attend all company trainings and meetings 
•  Provide current photos/gallery of your work 

Experience 

• A Valid New Jersey Cosmetology License 
• Must have a minimum of 3 years active experience working behind the chair 
• Developed communication skills 
• Proficient with present salon trends
